We wish to appoint for September 2017 a lively and talented teacher of English at this popular and successful 13–18 comprehensive school. The successful applicant will be expected to teach across the whole-ability range, GCSE and A Level.  They will join an outstanding faculty where attainment and progress at KS4 are significantly above national average in both Language and Literature.  We have significant numbers of students who continue to study these subjects at A Level.  Applications are welcome from both experienced teachers and those who are newly qualified.

Post of Cleaner

(Part time – 12.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday)

Term time

Salary – £7.52/hr

Required with immediate effect

Applications are invited for the above post, which is initially offered on a fixed-term contract until summer 2017. We require a hardworking, reliable, enthusiastic and motivated cleaner to join our team of premises staff to ensure the delivery of a high quality service.

Previous experience of working within a cleaning environment is desirable but not essential. You will show a willingness to undertake training and be able to work independently or as part of a team. You will be expected to work some hours during the school holidays.

Permanent Full-time Teacher of Computer Science and ICT/Business Studies – (TMS)

We wish to appoint for September 2017 a lively and enthusiastic teacher of Computer Science with the ability to contribute to the teaching of ICT and Business.  The successful candidate will work within an outstanding faculty which is recognised for its excellence in the teaching of ICT and Business Studies.

Applications are welcomed from both soon to be qualified teachers with outstanding potential, and also teachers with experience, looking to take on the exciting challenge of helping to introduce the Computer Science course into our KS4 curriculum. The vision of the Faculty is to build upon this process by introducing Computer Science into our Sixth Form teaching, in order to complement our varied selection of KS5 courses.
