Headteacher Icon Headteacher’s Welcome

Alleyne’s Academy is a thriving, mixed 13-18 high school. We are committed to providing an outstanding education for all of our students and we are passionate about the potential of every student and every member of staff in the Academy. The Governors and a strong, highly committed staff team have very high expectations and work hard to provide the best opportunities for our young people; this translates into excellent outcomes for our students at the Academy.

As Headteacher and a serving Ofsted inspector, I have experience of inspecting secondary schools and use this invaluable experience to continue to develop leadership and teaching in the school to outstanding standards.

Our Sixth Form provides an excellent study programme for our students, offering a wide range of academic and vocational subjects, as well as extra-curricular opportunities, careers information, education, and guidance.

We stand by our tradition of ‘caring for success’ and are proud of our history, but also look to the future, continually evaluating and adapting to further strengthen the education that we provide. We believe in the highest standards of achievement, not only academically but also in our students' social, moral, and spiritual development.

I feel exceptionally proud to be the Headteacher of Alleyne’s Academy, where we provide an outstanding education and ensure that all students have the skills and support to pursue an enjoyable and successful adult life.

Mr. C Bailey
