Support Alleyne’s New Library!

In response to our wonderful students, staff, and parents, we are thrilled to announce the reinstatement of our school library! This space will be a haven where students can nurture their love for reading. The library committee has already made significant progress, and now we need your help to make it even better.

How You Can Help

We are calling on all members of our community to help stock our library. Here’s how you can contribute:

Donate via Amazon Wish List

The library committee has curated an Amazon wish list with titles that would be excellent additions to our library. You can find the list here.

• Select a Book: Choose a book from our wish list and add it to your basket with the ‘gift option’.
• Check the Delivery Address: Ensure the book is delivered to our school address:

• Include a Gift Message: During checkout, under ‘gift options’, include your name in the ‘gift message’ so we can acknowledge your donation and place a book plate in the front of your donated book.

Support Independent Bookshops

Prefer to support local bookshops? Check our wish list, purchase the book locally, and send it to school for the attention of our Library Committee. Don’t forget to add a note with your name. You can also use Hive.co.uk, which sources books and makes a donation to an independent bookshop.

Donate Pre-loved Books

If you have any pre-loved books in good condition, we would be delighted to add them to our library.

We are incredibly grateful for all the books donated and guarantee they will be put to good use.
