Vacancy - Temporary 0.4 Teacher of English (ECT/MPS/UPS)

Required for September 2026 or earlier, until 31.08.2027

We wish to appoint a lively and talented teacher of English at this popular and successful 13–18 academy.

The successful applicant will be expected to teach across the whole-ability range, GCSE and A Level. They will join an excellent faculty where attainment and progress at KS4 is very good.

We have significant numbers of students who continue to study both English Language and Literature at A Level.

Applications are welcome from both experienced teachers and those who are newly qualified.

Vacancy - Cover Supervisor (30 hours per week, term time only, Grade 7: £26,403 - £27,254, pay award pending)

We require a suitably experienced and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to start in September 2026, 30 hours per week during term time only.

Responsibilities include supervising classes when a teacher is absent and carrying out administrative tasks when appropriate.
